Long-term employee accommodation in Cheb: prices, examples and how it works with us

Who the guesthouse is set up for

Most of our guests are people who are in Cheb for work: construction and installation crews, technicians on jobs in the area, and employees starting a new job here who are still looking for somewhere to live.

A guest like that doesn't need a spa hotel. They need their own bed where they can sleep in peace, a place to cook and do laundry, internet, and someone who picks up the phone when something needs sorting out. On top of that, the company needs a fair price and an invoice. That is exactly what the guesthouse is set up for.

What is included in the price

Everything essential is included in the nightly rate, with no extra charges:

Rooms with separate beds – nobody has to share a double bed with a colleague
Shower and TV in the rooms (the toilet is in the corridor); the apartments have their own bathroom
Kitchen with a hob, microwave and fridge
Washing machine at no charge

Price list

Short-stay prices apply to regular stays. For long-term accommodation we offer a discounted rate based on the length of stay and the number of people – we always confirm the exact amount in our offer.

To make comparison easy, here are a few typical situations calculated from the price list above:

An installation crew of 4 in a four-bed room, short stay: 4 × 400 Kč = 1 600 Kč per night for the whole crew
Two technicians in a double room, short stay: 2 × 500 Kč = 1 000 Kč per night; for a long-term stay from 540 Kč per night
A new employee in a single room for a few months: from 300 Kč per night, i.e. roughly from 9 000 Kč for 30 nights
One person in a double room: 700 Kč per night, long-term from 500 Kč

We agree on your arrival time – we have no reception, so we check you in at a time that suits you, even in the evening or at the weekend
During your stay we are available by phone and deal with anything straight away
We invoice your company, for longer stays on a regular basis

Where the guesthouse is

The guesthouse is in Růžová Street in the historic centre of Cheb, a few minutes' walk from Krále Jiřího z Poděbrad Square. Shops, restaurants and public transport stops are within walking distance, so you don't need to travel anywhere after your shift. The German border is just a few kilometres from Cheb.

From how many nights does the long-term rate apply?

It depends on the number of people and the length of stay. Send us your dates and the number of guests and we will confirm the price in our offer right away.

Can we check in in the evening or at the weekend?

Yes. We have no reception; we check you in at the agreed time – even in the evening or at the weekend.

Do you issue invoices to companies?

Yes, we invoice companies, for longer stays on a regular basis.

Can you accommodate a larger group?

Yes, we have rooms for 1, 2 and 4 people and apartments. For a larger group, we can increase capacity further by arrangement over the phone – give us a call.

Is the cleaning really every day?

Yes, daily room cleaning is included in the price, as are the washing machine and Wi-Fi.
